Vinay holds the distinction of being a certified professional facilitator from the International Association of Facilitators and in India, is one amongst two in the country. Currently he is the Managing Director & Lead Consultant at OZONE Experiential Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

He does consulting for organizations on assessment, needs analysis, identifying leadership competencies, developing a training plan, training delivery, measuring effectiveness, business practices and post intervention needs.

In the capacity of a facilitator and a niche management consultant over the past 13 years, he has designed and delivered over 1200 workshops with diverse outcomes across different levels and industries in all parts of the world. Vinay specializes in experiential learning methodologies, group facilitation, leadership and large group interventions.

He holds key international accreditations in Applied Behavioral Sciences, Group Process Facilitation from NTL, CCL, ICA and is an empaneled facilitator for the UNDP.
He has spoken and presented at several conferences that include the AEE Regional Conference, Portland (2004), CII – India Innovation Forum, ‘Innovation through Biomimicry’ (2006), Graduation class of ’07, Masters in Tourism, Bangalore University and Association of Experiential education 2006 – Regional conference and IAF, Taipei, Taiwan (2009)

– Is a Course Leader with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS)–– An outdoor skill based leadership school headquartered at WY, USA working with diverse populations from Wharton business school to NASA Astronauts

– Is a Director, L&D with Kalypso Adventures Pvt. Ltd where he heads the training division that works with inbound groups in the areas of Expedition Learning and CSR challenges for clients like Raleigh International

– Is a Lead Consultant with Asia Adventure Advisory – An Adventure consulting and accreditation organization working across Asia setting benchmarks for the adventure industry

– Is Visiting Faculty at Kirloskar Institute Of Advanced Management Sciences in the areas of experiential Learning and Organizational Behavior
