With over 25 years of experience with organisations across sectors and geographies, India, Asia-Pacific, US and Europe, Bhupendra is in a unique position to help organisations identify leadership, organisations and industry ‘blind spots’. Bhupendra has developed insights, tools and methodologies that allow him to work with leadership teams and organisations to focus on future thinking by delivering customized interventions. His work sets up enterprises of tomorrow as he works collaboratively with big ideas and leading experts from around the world.

Prior to nXtlyf, Bhupendra co‐founded Erehwon Innovation Consulting and spearheaded its international growth into Asia-Pacific, Europe and US geographies. He was instrumental in triggering and initiating the setup of a global research agenda at Erehwon that led to the development of the methodology on Innovation. Bhupendra has mentored CEOs and other business leaders across the country, created organization wide breakthroughs that led to successful innovation and nurtured large scale organizational cultural change towards innovation.

He has been invited to speak at several global conferences, including the Strategic Innovator Forum in Barcelona (2003, 2004), Delivering Effective Innovation in London (2005),Convergence (2005), Unlocking Innovation inMinneapolis (2005) and the PAN IIT (2008), CIM conference in SriLanka (2013), Copenhagen Social enterprise conference (2014), to name a few. Bhupendra’s passion for innovation has him leading initiatives to evangelize innovation across the country, such as talks across corporations and other public platforms. As part of this, in collaboration with CII, he conceptualized India’s first ever global innovation summit, which is now an annual feature Bhupendra has consulted with the Govt of India as a part of a strategic advisory team.
